You grant us permission to access and manage your Google Business Profile data solely for the purpose of providing the Service (managing posts, reviews, and profile details).

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

2. Subscription and Payments

• The Service is billed on a subscription basis (managed via Stripe).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist in generating content.

• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated posts and replies before they are published.
• We are not liable for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or Google's policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost My Google Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
